Ich war letztes Jahr Student in Kaiserslautern und bin mit einer Kaution von 1914€ in eine Wohnung gezogen. In der Wohnung gab es Ungeziefer, Kakerlaken und was nicht. Es war, als würde ich nicht in Deutschland leben.
Infolgedessen blieb ich dort für einen kurzen Zeitraum vom 09.2024 bis zum 02.2025. Heute haben sie zunächst mehr als sechs Monate gebraucht, um die Rechnung für Kaution zurückzusenden. Zweitens berechnen sie uns fast 800 Euro für Nebenkost. Für 6 Monate kommt es mir etwas übertrieben vor.
Ich würde freundlich darum bitten, ob jemand eine Idee hat, wie sie uns betrügen. Ich habe die Rechnung diesem Beitrag beigefügt.

The „Müllgebühren“ seems to be very high for five months. I would ask for details about it.
The high heating bill is not that unusual as you rented during the winter, and had no low consumption in the summer months to balance it out.

What temp did you put the heating on? 700 euro for 4 months is a lot…

800€ is what you already paid. They charge you almost 1400, of which 595 are still to be paid.
Actually, this looks very much like the whole year for both the fixed and variable costs. You should have gotten a separate stack of papers for the heating bill, in which each heater and the water use are listed separately. Check if those match and are only the time you lived there.
