An even bigger conspiracy is the push for electric cars which are terrible for the environment, while simultaneously destroying the power grid’s stability, decreasing safety and the already failing roads in many places.

They require strip mining and destroying the environment to manufacture the batteries. Then the batteries wear out and have to be replaced. You can fix a gasoline or diesel engine that can be made to last hundreds of thousands of miles with proper care.

Charging them strains already strained power grids. Remember when California told people not to charge their electric cars after incentivizing people to go electric?

Adding more wind and solar doesnt help, since they’re not stable power sources. They also destroy huge swaths of usually nice land or seabird habitat to build either of them. And they still have to fire up fossil fuel or nuclear plants to make up for their unstable output. So they still cause CO2 emissions, which people seem to stupidly think is the only kind of pollution. Lets just ignore all the unregulated Chinese factories and strip mines that do way wose than driving gas powered cars…

And they’re doing this instead of EMP hardening the giant, irreplaceable critical transformers and power transmission infrastructure.

Most people dont actually *want* electric cars or they dont realize whats involved in the scam that they are which is why they arent selling this expensive, overweight, overhyped junk.
