Undercooked bear meat or pork I presume. But all encysted Taeniads and cardiovascular systems aside it would be nice to get, say, just a little fiber in your food. Why ?
I’ll never understand how we got from fat being the bad guy in the 80s/90s to fat *always* being the good guy now. People putting butter in their coffee and shit. Keto seems to be the first-line diet choice. It’s insane. No, fat is not necessarily the bad guy, but that doesn’t mean it’s a miracle food. Everything has a place in a balanced diet.
