      I personally favor helping out on war torn countries where help is required for survival. Can’t say too much about JICA’s over priced project in Africa and other parts that’s only nice to have but not required. There’s so many residents including foreign residents in Japan that require much more help then they do. Inviting them to come and not taking care of them afterward is not a good way to create international friendship.

      I am glad that somebody is at least paying for this war-torn country. I would be fine to pay for this out of pocket.
