      Of course not. It is the Chinese who are slowly and remarkably effectively eroding American influence around the world. American primacy is fading into oblivion. The guy doesn’t want to admit that the Americans lost the most important war in their history.

      He can’t. America, fiscally, is only about a 5% impact towards China…in total. The US to exist or not exist in relation to China’s whole fiscal and industry infrastructure, is…5%.

      That’s the maximum level of influence the US can generate between 100% and 0% of anything Trump could ever do with trade, import/export, etc.

      Five…percent.

      Now do you think the US has any REAL power in this?

      Now flip this around and consider how much influence China has on the US?

      A fun example is 50% of soybean production goes to China…or 0%…you know, because of Trump. You think farmers are happy about getting into a trade war with China?

      About 14% of all US imports is from China.

      Around 7% of all US exports is to China.

      Both are sugar coating three major facts.

      1) The exports that do exist are usually large chunks of specific industries, so a full cut off basically decimates that market.

      2) So much stuff is Chinese made or has parts within the products that are Chinese made that even the 14% of imports is quite low if China also puts sanctions of other countries selling anything with Chinese integrated parts into the US. A good example is computer parts, like most of it, all computers, all peripherals, everything.

      3) China doesn’t really have an equivalent inverse. While most things funnel from China, there’s very few things that funnel from the US or that is so US specific that China simply couldn’t import it form elsewhere.

      China is making milestones in every industry, the only one getting destroyed is the US, specifically the middle income to low income.

      Yeah, I wonder how that is heard in China. It raises more questions than it answers, especially since Trump can’t state what his actual aim in dealing with China is. That seems to change weekly.

      Remember that period of time between 1995 and 2016 when both political parties were in agreement that Macro Economics was a valid discipline and we should probably govern our nation’s economy based on those principles.

      If China wanted to destroy America they could do it in an instant. Instead they are doing the slow way by not purchasing U S products due the clown king’s idiotic tariffs on Chinese imports.

      What MAGA doesn’t seem to understand is that China can sustain itself completely without the US. They don’t seem to realize China has well over 2 million military personnel and the US has barely 1.3m.

      China has an entire manufacturing infrastructure, whereas the US has become increasingly dependent on imports. If the US genuinely had a full manufacturing infrastructure in place, then tariffs wouldn’t feel quite as brutal to American consumers.

      Also worth noting damn near every country is deeply indebted to the China.

      The mental gymnastics the MAGA crowd jump through the moment China claps back on increasing tariffs then somehow pointing fingers at the left, blows my fucking mind. Cause and effect isn’t that difficult to understand.

      And you are not. China pivoted and sold their shiz elsewhere and bought stuff from elsewhere. Whereas the US is still dependent on trade with China due to rare earth metals. What a dummy.

      Yeah, let’s be crystal clear, as if the past few years haven’t proven it: there is no freaking possibility that the US can even cripple, let alone destroy, the Chinese economy.

      Mosquito announcing a blood drive for an elephant, basically. 🤣

      What he will destroy though, is american consumers wallets. 😉
