Why do certain European countries have a number but others don’t?

Why do some EU countries have a number but others don’t?

Why do some of the countries that do have data not have an associated colour?

Do Switzerland, Bosnia Herzegovina, etc, have data or no data?

Doesn’t belong on MapPorn with this many issues

Also what’s with the random fictional island North of Crete?

Greece is the most advanced state in its region, our major center left leader was openly gay and we have plenty lgbt folks out in politics and show business. According to the rainbow index our lgbt rights legislation is more advanced than the Netherlands

I very strongly doubt the support is beyond 27% in Serbia or 25% in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

69 and 87% respectively are nowhere near true attitudes of local population.

In France it used to be way lower, then the law passed and people realised that the world didn’t end, so now most French people don’t mind. I suspect most countries are like that and somewhere like Italy would see support go up just by making it legal.

The numbers outside of the EU are 100% not true. 89% for Bosnia? Like, how can you even think that’s remotely true?

Most of this info is wrong, if you want accurate numbers for queer/LGBTQ+ acceptance and more, I recommend equaldex and ILGA Europe.

Netherlands would probably be lower nowadays. 6% is muslim, at least 2% is a really strict protestant, 1,3% is Polish (they are 50/50 on this topic). And then there are groups that are becoming more turned against gay marriage.

    9. The rest of the map seems pretty realistic, but Serbia and Bosnia? Where could anyone find such data? I wish those numbers were true, but I know, that they are nowhere near the reality.
