`Just act` is somewhat of a small oversimplification of what constitutes the content of the verdict. The judge says that it is Ukraine that should defend itself against these charges on an international stage, if at all, and **not** an individual acting on behalf of the Ukrainian state.
He refused the extradition interpreting the diver’s actions as an element of an ongoing defensive war, and not, as German state interprets it (issuing a warrant), a sabotage or terrorist activity.
this judge is def making the right call here. Extradition can be rough and a lot of times it just feels like a politics game3
Nobody believes this person is responsible for the Nord Stream blasts.
