You either decide you will never becomes the person who inflicts on others what you had inflicted on you, or you don’t.
This sequentially makes a lot of sense. Most people aren’t going to bond with somebody who starts out being violent, and will only tolerate the violence once they’ve come to know the person and have sympathy for the person. You couldn’t just start an abusive relationship by slapping a woman at a bar.
So the abuser did something intentionally… According to the victims.. Doesn’t sound like proper research tbh.
Not denying the abuse, trauma etc… Met the conclusion /results are rather subjective and one sided in my opinion
