      – The commitment is not 5%. It’s 3.2%.
      – USA cannot impose tariffs to an individual EU country. They can target Spanish exports Europe-wide, though.
      – It’s an empty threat, just to make it look like they are battling. Politicians are actors and actresses. They are happy to distract us from the horrible economic state of the USA and from the corruption in Spain.
