Er is in België geen enkele instelling of instituut onafhankelijk. En ik begrijp al helemaal niet waarom wij zo’n instituut nodig hebben.

Gesubsidieerde instelling vindt haar eigen taken belangrijk op het moment dat subsidies besproken worden. Wat een toeval zeg.
