Hope they’re okay with increased property taxes then. The infrastructure to support new developments will continue to cost money.
Oh, thank god. If we want more housing built, we need to make it cheaper and more profitable for companies to build homes. That’s the #1 issue and this needs to get done. Hopefully it cuts deep and isn’t just a token gesture.
