A) is there no statute of limitations? B) hasn’t the estate already been settled?
I don’t understand how there is even a case that can be presented when the defendant is not able to confront their accusers or assist in the defense.
The law is seriously broken if these cases even have a chance of moving forward.
Regardless of whether or not the accusations have merit.
I am also stunned that the irs case is still ongoing. That’s bs. The irs shouldn’t be allowed to retrade the valuations after the estate was settled.

It’s weird this continues for nearly 20 years after he died. I’m not saying it’s right or wrong but I can’t think of anyone who has been dead that long that keeps having litigation pop up.

If his estate didn’t have money, you would never hear from these people again.

Ridiculous, even if he did it, he can’t defend himself since he’s dead and I think that’s bizarre.

This is one that I feel like people try to convince us happened but probably more than likely didn’t. He’s just an easy target really.

Just watched Killing Michael Jackson on YouTube last night. I’d forgotten some of the details at the time of his passing. It’s a tragic story all around.
The capitulation of handlers and doctors is sickening.

Wasn’t that kind of the point of this constant stream of bullshit. A lot easier to go after an estate then it was to go after the man while he was alive? Oh wait, they did that and could not make it stick.

He’s dead. Super ridiculous that this is even allowed. He can’t defend himself so why is this even moving forward.

Damn, it’s just too bad that Michael was never a US President. He’d have a golden statue by now.

How does that work? The money is most likely in an estate which is a completely separate legal entity

But isn’t the estate still going to be making money?

What’s weirder is hearing his music being played on the radio today.

You know he’s dead right? He don’t need that money.

Nope! Nice fantasy. After Probate? The new owners are his heirs. These posts should check the law before posting. The guy died in what? 2009? Good luck with a lawsuit.
