Hallo, also ich habe ein Deutschland-Ticket bestellt und es kam als E-Chip-Karte. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, wie ich es verwenden soll, und mein Deutsch hilft nicht weiter. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich es scannen muss, bevor ich in einen Zug einsteige? Und da steht so etwas wie „Scannen Sie es in der Region, in der Sie es gekauft haben“? Ich kann also eine Reise nur in meiner Region beginnen, obwohl es sich um ganz Deutschland handelt?
Tut mir leid, wenn das schon einmal auf dem Sub war, ich konnte es einfach nicht finden.

It’s only talking about what to do if you already had a chip card before and changed that existing card to a Deutschland ticket. It’s not relevant for you if you got a new card.
