As usual these maps are incorrect. The Russian empire did have human zoos and „ethnic“ exhibitions.

Let fair here. Ireland didn’t have the money or infrastructure to have a human zoo until at least the 1940s, and by then, it wast in fashion anymore.
There was at least “human zoo”, the “somali village” at the Irish international exhibition in 1907, it was a popular enough attraction that it became the nickname for a group of houses built around that time in Howth:
