Probably ,most likely not . If he cant separate from the ideologys of the left then the bulk of the working class will most likely be attracted to Carney if he can hit a few economic balls .

I wish Coletto would just fully commit to being a pundit and stop pretending he’s also a pollster.

After Singh’s leadership election and tenure, I’m not convinced the party knows how to pick leaders that all, most, or even the average Canadian would want to vote for. My Punjabi family members are progressive but were at times the most critical of his performance and policies. The Prime Ministership should be aspirational for the next leader of the NDP.
Ashton may be the best pick at the moment, but I’m not completely convinced yet.
