It was obvious Russia was responsible for the shoot down when it happened.
That’s not what he said. He said the plane wasn’t struck by the AA rockets, rockets just exploded near the plane, and some debris just damaged the plane. See the difference? He’s not admitting anything, he just mocks everyone.

Did Russian air traffic control become uncooperative after the missile strike and send them out over the Caspian Sea in the hopes that they would crash into the sea hiding the wreckage. It was a miracle they made it kazakhstan
