Would he also be the one to have to object or handle any objection if she just showed up and started voting? I don’t know why she has to be „sworn in“ if her term was already supposed to have started and she’s the one her constituents chose to be there. If she starts voting and there are „you’re not sworn in“ objections, she can just respond, ok, swear me in right now.
