      Micheál Martin making sure that everyone knows (and tells everyone else) that this is all Jack’s fault. He’s the one who threw Gavin under the bus, he’s the one who lied on national media claiming not to know about the issue before last weekend. Not Mee-hole, oh no.

      Some of the language here is fairly strong for something that seemed to be entirely MMs decision

      You don’t simply just forget multiple solicitor letters sent to you, your family, workplace.

      I’m here for Fianna Fail imploding over the selection of Jim Gavin. Usually you would expect FFers to keep their criticism internal, but now they seem to be falling over themselves to blame each other.

      No one will have anything decent to say about Chambers after the shit budget we’ve just endured. I’m never one that likes a political witch hunt, but fuck this after election shambles and the budget that benefits the rich only, I’d love to see Chambers downfall (he can go back to mass, where he belongs, the pro life prick)

      Chambers is Martin’s creation, in a sense. Risen without trace, fast tracked into a senior ministry and earmarked to lead the party when Mícheál retires but that was before this current shitshow.

      I’d say the backhanders for rubber chicken dinner GAA fundraiser speeches and medals handouts will dry up pretty quick now. And if he had any plans to cash in by doing any corporate “leadership” training on the back of the Dublin All Ireland wins, they’re fucked…

      Jim Gavin brought the downfall on himself and Chambers didn’t do his job either correctly, anyone who thinks he would fall on his sword mustn’t realise he is part of the greasy FF brigade
