Hey Leute, kann mir jemand erklären, warum der Preisunterschied? In den letzten 12 Monaten wurde mir über 40 Euro berechnet und etwas scheint einfach nicht richtig zu sein. Sollte ich eine Rückerstattung oder so anrufen? Ist das überhaupt möglich?

so what does the contract you agreed to say? there should be a PDF with the contract, the prices and so on.
why do you ask this question 12 months after you’ve been charged 40€ a month and not directly after the first invoice?
