      Depending on the region. I would suggest you to open Google Street view and see by yourself

      It’s hard to answer. There are some pretty decent developed places in the regions… not as developed as Baku of course. Clean, green, and beautiful places… And there’re also places like shown in the video. Are majority of them like this. I don’t think so.
