      For the people who think this is a win for female empowerment youre wrong. This lady is extremely conservative and does not think women should be in the position that she is set to occupy which is mind boggling. Once her time is over japan will use her as the example of why women are not able to be the PM for decades.

      If she implements Abe’s economic fiscal policies now, inflation will only get worse for them.

      It’s an old trick of conservatives, unfortunately. Put a woman in power while everything is going to shit, make sure her policies and beliefs will accelerate going to shit, and then blame “women leaders” in general. Reminds me of Liz Truss.
