      His are probably the ones I actually checked out most from the library. Not that I was doing a ton of optional reading in middle and high school. But the ones that were movies that interested me in theory but I was too scared to actually watch, those I knocked out.

      I was reading this one book about a guy who was tortured and then nails driven through his arms and he was put up to die on a cross and the whole town watched it and cheered. Really fucked up book I hope they ban THAT in schools.

      Part of that has to be sheer volume, right? When you get to like 40-50 books in a career, you’re raising the odds.

      I mean I like some of his works, but the book version of IT, where this young girl just gets a train ran on her by the rest of the boys. Who the hell thinks about that and is like, yup, thats going in the book.

      That figures, all these extremists are making our country stupid. I used to read a lot of Alfred Hitchcock in high school but after high school I started reading a lot of Stephen King books and loved them all. This just sucks how extremists can ruin things for the rest of us.
