I couldn’t imagine being told if I didn’t abandon my home, that I would be considered an enemy combatant, especially since one of the big issues here is the auctioning (and/or takeover) of Palestinian homes/land in the first place. Sad state of affairs to say the least. I mean I want hostages released and fighting to stop, but this order by IDF seems like it’s just public relations for the eradication of native population.

Automatically assuming all civilians inside a besieged city are enemy combatants, sounds like a war crime to me.
