The chances of her being in a position to do so are … rather slim.

There’s plenty on the right leaning of ideology that accept climate change as science and agree that we must do more.
I can’t believe there making them even less electable than they are.
Badenoch could promise to broadcast state secrets and hard-core pornography instead of the 10 o’clock news every night on BBC1, and she still wouldn’t get anybody to vote for her…
There is a case to suggest a large part of the immigration Europe is suffering is because of climate change of which means immigration won’t stop no matter what the x generation migrants do
I vow to high five a flying pig when I also learn to fly, this is more likely to happen than Badenoch being in a position to repeal anything.
Imagine being that young knowing you’re going to have to deal with the real fallout of climate change, but you’re happy to consciously make it worse on a global scale just so your party can get ahead.
She can vow whatever she wants, she won’t be leading the tories into the next election.
It’s hard to imagine a way in which she could be more destructive to the Tories‘ hopes of ever being taken seriously as a party of government again.
The real easy win would be to vow you’ll repeal the Digital ID and Age Verification act

It doesn’t matter. They’re not getting back in power for a long time. The next GE is going to be between Labor and Reform. As it stands I think we’ll end up with a Labor/Lib Dem coalition.
So out of touch. The vast majority of Britons do believe in climate change and want it addressed.
Like a smoker with a cough and wrinkly skin saying they’ve smoked all their lives, so why change now?
Unfortunately, this attitude will not just affect themselves but the people of the future and all around the planet.
With the 2 main parties following reforms moves we need someone to infiltrate and actually come up with some good ideas haha

She lives in this protective fantasy world, where all Reform voters are really Tories wearing Farage masks; and if she just gives them some red meat that they are looking for, their desired throwback to those voter’s 60’s/80’s hayday, they will cast those masks aside and pin on a Tory rosette.
In reality, a lot of Reform voters are people who have never really voted Tory – people who didn’t bother voting at all, but came out for Johnson for Brexit and because he was „funny“- or right wing labour voters.
And more than anything, your typical Reform voter is never, ever going to vote for a Nigerian immigrant or even the daughter of a Nigerian immigrant. It is just not going to happen. The people of Ashfield, Clacton, Skegness, Boston etc are simply not going to do it. Ever. That’s an ugly truth that seems to get avoided too much on the internet
Badenoch reminding us all of the Fermi paradox. Civilisations only get so far.
She’s saying stupid things to appeal to her stupid voters. The Tories are panicking and it’s funny to watch.

Imagine being someone like William Hague right now. When you were Conservative leader, you had to face up against Tony Blair riding on his momentum in the House of Commons every week. There weren’t many clear avenues for attack, and the front bench were tough enough to take any hits on the chin [or dish out some of their own in the case of the Deputy Leader].
Meanwhile, today, on the other side you have Starmer, who fumbles his way into the public’s bad books week after week and yet on this occasion the Conservative leader isn’t there to try and rescue or redeem the Party; she instead is trying her very best to either miss the opportunity or try and come up with something even less popular of her own design.
If people think migration is an issue now, wait until we continue to do fuck all about climate change and the really devastating effects start kicking in across the globe.
