Wouldn’t that work out to roughly $150,000 per person for 175,000 people? WTF California. Like I wouldn’t advocate for handing these people a check with that sort of amount but applying that to cost of living and assistance would definitely be life changing for the majority of these houseless individuals.

Looks like this everywhere in SD, CA. Not just side of freeway but on it, behind stores, everywhere, it’s so much worse than even 2 years ago.
