>The judiciary has reacted with concern to statements by Minister of Asylum and Migration Anneleen Van Bossuyt (N-VA) that she does not intend to pay the fines the government was ordered to pay for failing to accommodate asylum seekers. „Minister Van Bossuyt’s statements are symptomatic of a disturbing development in which a member of the executive branch believes he can place himself above the law.
