Wasn’t it a teenage girl he sprayed? She was in his way while he was washing his car, and he asked her to move. She refused, and he sprayed her. Big fucking deal, the charges here were ridiculous, and she sounds like a pain in the ass spoiled kid anyway.

I had to go back to read the original TMZ article to see if this was some kind of super up fire hose that would cause injury. That was a dumb arrest if ever I heard it. Glad he was released and charges dropped.
