Anzahl der Ausländer in Japan mit qualifizierten Visa -Treffern Rekord hoch

I’ve noticed quite a lot of recruitment agencies posting and looking for these workers overseas. Quite impressive to see it go from 15000 in 2020 to 300000 in just 5 years.

But 15+ long years for PR and still only 1% of people moving onto SSW2.

My company have been looking for 5 people since July, they’ve posted on hello work but no applications after 2 months, they’ve asked recruitment agencies and still no luck finding people so they’ve had to resort to asking an agency that specializes in bringing foreign workers and we have 5 Nepalese guys coming for interviews next week. Apparently Filipinos were too expensive, similar to Vietnamese people but Nepalese and Indonesians were cheaper.
