      Russia caused the damage, makes sense their frozen assets should go toward rebuilding Ukraine.

      EU just needs airtight legal cover.

      This was suggested to the UN and ICC after Russia invaded Ukraine…they started seizing assets afterwards…👍

      There is truly something wonderous about driving traditionally neutralish FI and SE into NATO, then having them go the extra steps of freezing/seizing, then now have the value of RU assets used against them through their targeted victim.

      If only Putin felt something about this story arc.
