Merci!

The green canister is a valve
The cable should ground something in general. That’s the general colour for cables that ground devices.
Fresh water supply. You can close the valves and empty the pipes that leave the house (garden fossets) to protect them during frost season.
Looks like a pressure reducing valve which is used to, well reduce pressure in the building if your domestic pressure is too high. Don’t touch this unless you know what your doing as it will have to set for the building. If it is in a shared area definitely don’t touch it.
As to replacement they are normally good for a while, I don’t know how often they need replaced but if you’re renting I wouldn’t touch it without agreement of landlord.
As to the green/yellow wiring that looks like it is just earthing. To prevent static electricity building up. Slightly unusual to see there and set up quite unprofessionallu but very normal still. Just needs to connect the pipe work to a metal surface in the building.
Disclaimer I am not a professional, don’t take my word for gospel. Get professional advice if you need it.

The y part is a water filter, unfortunately it is in the wrong position (water goes down then get through filter)
In this position it does not filter anything.
Also I assume that the flow should go to the right with this pipe angle, then the filter is also mounted in the wrong flow sense….
In the green cylinder there is a spring that regulates a valve that is there to limit the pressure in your system. It should be set to approximately 3.5 bar. Although the tend to age and have to be replaced or at least serviced after 10 years
