Quote me the Bible verse where Jesus makes an exception for who it’s okay to hate. If you can’t, you’re violating the requirements set forth by your messiah to get into heaven…where do you think the alternative is? Limbo? Or maybe you think you can squeeze in a deathbed repentance?       They are desperate to make this almost certain shutdown the democrats fault in the court of public opinion. as usual they are using trans issues as a spin tactic, since anti-trans sentiment is a motivator for the louder and easily riled up segments of their base. The Trump admin is hoping that the public will care more about depriving trans people of their rights than they do about losing their own access to Medicaid.

      Democrats best not do a damn thing to bail them out, it’s clear Trump doesn’t give a shit about Americans in general, and they were never going to give healthcare back to people. Any shutdown is on the hands Trump, his regime, & Republicans, and to throw in an ultimatum to further disenfranchise a group, who’s very existence clearly offends American bigots, just shows how incredibly vile Trump is.

      Democrats would best serve people by stopping Trump & his sycophants from interfering in state elections taking place between right now & next year. That’s in addition to continually informing the public what Trump & his goons are actually doing, and what can be done to defend against them for now.

      If the Dems capitulate on this, it signals the horrifying reality that the GOP will be unchecked in ultimately eradicating trans folks from public society in the US.

      We have been sounding the alarm for quite a long time and now here is the big moment of truth. It is a Rubicon of life and death for me and my friends and loved ones.

      We are begging for someone- anyone in Dem leadership to stand up to this evil and protect us.

      Please call your reps and senators if you can. I have to hope that there is still hope. 🏳️‍⚧️
