Please do a self exam and mammograms regularly! I’ve lost an aunt to breast cancer, she died at age 32, only a few months after giving birth to her first child. I’ve also lost a friend at age 34, and my neighbor just died from it at age 50, in all of them it was only discovered after it metastasized throughout their bodies.

Sometimes a lump isn’t obvious, my aunt primarely had back pain and no other discernible symptoms.

If you’re a woman with odd symptoms of pain and can’t get a conclusive diagnosis – please check for ovarian and breast cancer!
