2021 official statistics form Russia show that at most 77k people of moldovan /ancentry/ lived there, so diasphora wasn’t more than 80k back then. Only 2 countires have more than 100k of Moldovan diasphora and that’s Romania and Ukraine.

Some moldovan journalists took some photos of the moscow voting section and it was empty several hours before closing. So it’s not like they wanted to vote but couldn’t, they simply didn’t want to vote…
