      Reupload since it turned out to not be drones. Two Russian telegram channels admitted to it being missiles:

      *Belgorod will now have to get used to HIMARS strikes.*

      No way GRAD is accurate enough to hit a substation, not even the new typhoon systems that I am pretty sure only Russia has. This was probably drones or HIMARS
