A beautiful Ferris wheel. A wonderful view.

I think they’ll give it an 11/10 for a performance like that

Reupload since it turned out to not be drones. Two Russian telegram channels admitted to it being missiles:

*Belgorod will now have to get used to HIMARS strikes.*
*Having lost the ability to launch strikes with cheaper Vampire and Grad missiles, the enemy has switched to another, albeit more expensive, but accessible option: terrorizing the city.*
*The maximum range of the American HIMARS MLRS from 2023 will be up to 300 km with standard ammunition and 500 km with PrSM.*
*The Ukrainian Armed Forces have no problems with ammunition for this system.* t . me / notes_veterans/25326

*In Belgorod, after a missile attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, electricity and water supply were lost. But instead of building proper defenses for the thermal power plant, we’ll be renovating parks and bringing in sculptors from the Urals* t . me / severnnyi/5228

No way GRAD is accurate enough to hit a substation, not even the new typhoon systems that I am pretty sure only Russia has. This was probably drones or HIMARS

    5. Terrorizing Russia with *checks notes* hitting legitimate military targets.
