Ich brauche Hilfe bei meinem expatrio -blockierten Konto. Ich habe ihr Team bereits per E -Mail gebeten, es zu schließen und eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten, da ich aus persönlichen Gründen nicht mehr nach Deutschland gehe. Die Sache ist, ich habe das Konto nie aktiviert, und im blockierten Kontoabschnitt des Portals sehe ich immer noch keine Option oder keine „Schließen“ (ich habe einen Screenshot angehängt).
Hat jemand das schon einmal durchgemacht? Wie schließe ich das Konto tatsächlich und bekomme meine Rückerstattung? Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, einen echten Menschen bei Expatrio zu kontaktieren, um dies zu beschleunigen? (Übrigens, ich habe bereits eine E -Mail an Expatrio gesendet und danach gefragt, aber ich möchte Ihre Meinungen oder Erfahrungen wissen, danke!)

Did you send them confirmation that your visa is invalid or the application was withdrawn and that the blocked account can be closed?
You can’t just close the account. You need to withdraw your visa application and obtain a letter from the Embassy.
Did you get all the documentation and authorization from the foreigner affairs to close it? Cancelling a blocked account is actually an incredibly bureaucratic and difficult procedure that does take a lot of time, you can’t just do it fast.
