I would be interested in learning why the voters feel the need to incentivize police into murder. Is the judiciary incapable or unwilling of exercising its authority? it’s an odd pairing with the current decisions around bolsanaro.
Incentivizing police to shoot suspects? There’s absolutely no way this could go wrong, it’s not like the police would get trigger-happy knowing they’ll get a payout if they kill some random person…
