the way people hand-waved away project 2025 as if it were some quack tinfoil hat shit was so frustrating. it absolutely sucks seeing how things are going to go & being treated like an insane person for it.

if anyone wants to keep up with how much they’ve already achieved on the docket: [https://www.project2025.observer/](https://www.project2025.observer/)

An absolute stunning failure of the American media.  No wonder no one takes them seriously.

A show with few thousand viewers warned us about Project 2025. That’s part of the problem.

Voters can’t read, so they never saw Project 2025 during the campaign. And they still don’t seem to care now that a huge chunk of it has become policy.

Over 50 % of Project 2025 is complete. The rest is being implemented as we speak. This is the nazi’s playback that will destroy our Constitution, Bill of Rights and our country unless we fight back.We need millions of people in the streets protesting this nazi regime.

    6. I know people who will argue – till they die – that project 2025 is fake and has been disproven… and, sadly, there are a lot of people in that camp.

A majority of the country voted for the president with conservative view and agenda and project 2025 is a conservative initiative. Pretty simple not a crazy conspiracy

    8. The press handwaved and deflected 2025 away at every opportunity. Now they’re saying we warned you. Journalists are worse than useless

    9. I’m surprised MSNBC didn’t fire the guy who reported on it. It must have been an assigned credibility building day, to keep the left watching.

Good news, Republican voters who said this wouldn’t happen. You get more expensive healthcare, less protection from extreme weather, more expensive food, less social services, and to top it all off you gave me a boat load more money that I’m going to go spend overseas.

      Good luck!

    11. I never saw any follow up questions to Trump after he would say „I don’t know anything about it“ after the 3rd interview in 3 weeks.

yeah, but her laugh, it was worse than what the email lady did, right?

    13. Dumbasses think that because they agree with the authoritarian that they don’t need to be concerned about the erosion of rights.

    14. If it’s any consolation for our friends in the US, history shows us that fascism eventually fails, usually spectacularly. Real, positive, revolutionary change is still possible.

    15. Those of us that left links to the website where you could actually download your very own copy of 30 chapters and 922 pages, were usually downvoted to oblivion. Now, it’s a book and you need to purchase it.

    16. [The same MSNBC that said this priceless nugget about Bernie?](https://www.rollingstone.com/politics/politics-news/chris-matthews-bernie-sanders-public-executions-949802/)

Msnbc doesn’t have a good track record of actually supporting true progressives. Some people probably don’t believe anything they have to say.

Obviously project 2025 was real, MSNBC is acting like they were the only ones with that info.

LEGACY media is struggling to keep up, and on top of that they’re cowering to Trump – i am not sure that LEGACY news survives this administration.

I wonder what Chris Matthews has to say now about the stupid shit he said then.

Wait until people realize that illegal mind control tech is reality.

I mean, if I’m being real honest, I waved Project 2025 away because I didn’t think he would be reelected. I know we don’t talk about it but the man was polling bad the whole time – ok, ok polls are unreliable – but his rallies were loosely attended. Then he blew the microphone, did the dance, concepts of a plan, eating the cats. Yes, there was grumbling about how Harris was elevated improperly because no primary. Yes, talk of Biden dropping out too late. But those are talking points of the left. It never occurred to me that people who identified as liberal would vote for Trump, even with her laugh or whatever.

But then what actually happened? Ballot boxes on fire, precincts bomb threatened, we don’t need the votes, you’ll never have to vote again, thanks Elon for your computer stuff.

Dude wins all the swing states? Where evidently voters were splitting tickets? Won the popular vote? After lamenting for years the he actually won the popular vote in 2016 but Clinton cheated? That he actually won in 2020 but Biden cheated?

Gets inaugurated and nobody attends his birthday parade? Millions of people protesting despite functionally zero coverage of such?

Maybe this sounds tin foil hat but let me just say for the record that one day history books – whether they belong to American scholars or scholars studying the downfall of America – will look back on the 2016 election as the what the fuck moment, will ask themselves and other students of history why Americans just accepted it all. Recall that Mueller report confirmed sweeping and systematic Russian interference. Trump’s first term was illegitimate. Likely his second term too. His third? Well.

      The conman cons, shocking.

… and most people dismissed it like they dismiss the suffering and targeting of trans people as „oVeRrEaCtInG.“

People won’t wake up until they’re basically already dead.

What does Jill Stein think of this?

At this point you get what you deserve, tried to tell people it was gonna be bad but purity testing candidates is all the left is good at doing apparently.

    21. Everybody that warned others about Project 2025 have earned the right to say the biggest and most god damn tired „I told you so“

No one listened to Black people on this. Black Americans have trued to warn everyone over and over and are always ignored and gaslit for it.

    23. Slight-Shift-2109 on

I read through all of Project 2025 last summer and tried to warn everyone around me, but they called me a doomsayer who believed in conspiracy theories. I said that if Trump wins, he’ll govern based on Project 2025, but back then I was just being ridiculous. That won’t happen, they said, because Trump himself has claimed he has nothing to do with Project 2025.

I can admit that I can be a bit of a conspiracy theorist sometimes, but I don’t like being right about things like this.
