Where did they find those 30733 crazy people?
What is an emigrant in this case ? Belgians moving to those countries or people from those countries that left Belgium in that year ?
And how many of these Dutch and French are actually Moroccan or Algerian? These statistics have no value.
Is it possible to view the trends post 2020-2024?

A tiny bit more Belgians move to Spain than Spanish coming to Belgium. I wonder if this is the same age group. I am assuming that a lot of the Belgian moving to Spain are retired but I could be wrong.
