There are maybe 15 people shoting on film at best. There are two film processing places and I think they have Montenegro covered regarding film buying and film developing.
You are extremely brave. The only people shooting film out there are tourist. I should know. I was just there. Ljubljana in Slovenia has a film lab, Tirana in Albania does not. Both of those cities dwarf podgorica.
