Russia got everything they ever wanted with Brexit and the fact that people seem to still not understand (or perhaps refuse to see) that it was orchestrated by them to weaken the west is beyond depressing. They have been spreading lies about the EU for decades. They have been funding the far right for just as long. They want the west weak and with Trump on a leash Putin is free to do whatever he pleases. I hope the people who were complicit in the farce that was Brexit is held accountable. I won’t hold my breath though. I would also like to point out that this is still ongoing with Russia using everything they have to prop up fascists on social media to cause even more division.
