It has Russia written all over it. The usual of doing shit that you can’t quite link Russia to, but we know how they operate. If it isn’t their dark vessels in our waters it’s being responsible for 95% of all airspace infringement (or whatever you call it) globally.
I wish the Russians will get rid of him for over a decade. But Navalny was made an example of to scare the people from doing what is right.
