Whether or not the bullet came from that angle (and not the roof) and exactly who/what fired the shot are two separate issues.
I think there is a stronger case for the former

Watch these guys in the video that just repeats it at different speeds. The guy in white hat has the best video of the kill shot. He never takes his camera off of Charlie at that angle.
