I doubt Hamas is doing any such thing. The IDF are far too well equipped and trained for Hamas to make a significant defence. Also the IDF aren’t going to be fighting high intensity room to room fighting, apart from rare special situations. If they encounter significant resistance, they’ll withdraw and fire tank shells into the building until it collapses. Hamas will be annihilated if they fight conventionally. The most they will do is plant a few expendable fanatics, wait until Israel blows up the building, then broadcast those images to show Isreal in a bad light.

Before anyone says I’m supporting Isreal – I’m not. I’m just pointing out that Hamas will not be engaging in heavy street to street fighting with the IDF. They’ll withdraw, preserve what assets they can, and hope to strike against Isreal later when their guard is down.

I thought Israel would take longer to capture gaza but it seems they are speed running the whole thing. It would probably take them 2 weeks if killing every civilians in the vicinity would not be bad pr. Why on earth hamas think they can face that kind of enemy?

    6. but all those people saying hamas isn’t fighting back anymore told me they were just living the high life in qatar, how can that be true if they are preparing to do street to street fighting, exactly, those who claimed that?
