ABC already knew you were going to test them on this. That was a part of their decision-making in allowing Kimmel to return. Because the opposite negative effect was worse than what your sham, shit-show of an administration can do and because you’ll lose in court. Always bluster with Trump. When confronted with competent judges who can interpret the rule of law (something Trump went on and on about, but never constrained himself or his own actions to) and not a bought-and-paid-for Supreme Court with Republican goons shredding the Constitution, he loses. He loses far, far, far more than he wins. And that says something.
