Incompetence mixed with arrogance, anger, and misplaced blame.
It is a fairly fitting anecdote that sums up the Trump administration.
Sounds about right.
Trump doesn’t hire for competency, only loyalty. And competent people tend to know better than to have unwavering loyalty to someone who will betray you in a second the first chance they get.
