Polling from the Washington Post conducted by Ipsos shows that Americans disapprove of US President Donald Trump’s job performance on a wide range of issues by significant margins. At the same time, voters remain wary of the Democrats on key issues.

Fully 55% of registered voters disapprove of Trump’s overall job performance with 46% saying that they strongly disapprove. Sixty percent of female voters disapprove of Trump’s job performance while Independent voters (67% disapprove) render an even harsher judgement. Trump receives his highest scores among his base of white non-college voters (60% approve, 40% disapprove).

There’s no way anyone could have predicted that a fraud rapist narcissist pedophile criminal moron who was a terrible president the first time around would still be a horrible piece of shit

In other news, the Searchlight Institute is identifying ways to further depress the public’s perception of the Democratic Party.

Usually when republicans get into power and tank the economy it fails when a democrat later gets into office. Trump has managed to run the economy into the ground in record time. Barely into office he tanked the stock market with tariffs and sent the job market into a tailspin. Not even a year into his presidency consumer confidence is absolute garbage.

His Heritage Foundation „reforms“ might have taken hold too quickly for him to survive.

I plugged his proposals during the election, into my highly advanced AI I like to call “common sense” and predicted it would be this bad. Not sure what everyone else expected.

Unless he is gone and unless his goons are gone too, it does not mean much.

Too late. The time to disapprove was at the polls last November.

    7. He had broad disapproval in 2018 and still won again. I’m convinced these polls and the media are full of crap and there’s a broad group of people who really like him but are ashamed to say so.

    8. lovely.

but there’s a large chunk of the electorate who’s sitting really pretty in their retirement community issued golf carts, and they do not understand why everyone’s hating on them.

they have a carefully curated information intake, do their own research, are quite fond of rfk, think that not listening to tucker anymore is an act of free thinking rebellion and generally have no clue why the woke mind virus has it out for them.

People actually still read that trash rag?

    10. It’s not like it even matters is the problem. That’s where we are. It really doesn’t matter what his approval rating is

Doesn’t matter. At the end of his last term he had the lowest approval rating of any president ever at the end of their term. And he was still re-elected.

No one ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American public.

And now, if you post a comment in the Posts comment system that’s critical of Trump, it often gets auto-moderated (denied) for not following the vague guidelines (which include being „respectful“)

    13. 51% of voting Americans are fucking stupid, who would have thought that would have a negative effect?

What about the Fox News Poll Martha MacCallum asked TACO about to his face and he said it was fake news?

Yet every single GOP will vote for him, the reps will create voter suppression and we liberals will eventually just be killed or tortured.
