Or…now hear me out… maybe he was shot exactly from the roof where the shooter was spotted ahead of time and was seen running away from.

Not everything is a conspiracy, and the video linked to this post is pure conjecture and anecdotal.
The wound on the FRONT of the neck is exactly consistent with an ENTRY wound, not an EXIT wound

What you see is his earpiece flying out

Any theory that gets brought up needs to adequately explain his shirt’s behavior, otherwise it is immediately a waste of time.

When I first saw the footage I thought Kirk was hit on the right side of his neck and the exit wound was on the left side of his neck. Where they are saying the shooter was, was mostly straight on. And hitting Kirk in the next from that angle would have been kinda difficult. And the bullet would have gone through to hit people behind him.

I’ve been looking into this a lot. The wound and bullet path simply don’t make sense given the caliber of firearm and the angle/position of the shooter.

A .30-06 fired at a target within range isn’t going to have significant deflection even if it hits bone. The path of the bullet isn’t going to deflect beyond a 45 degree cone of the original path of the bullet. It is going to rip through soft tissue. The bullet is also being fired at an attack angle (downwards).

From the angle that the bullet was fired, and the position Charlie was in when it impacted, you would expect the bullet to carry through the same side of the neck, or to just blow out the back of his neck if it did have a sharp enough angle to cross into his spinal cord.

The actual impact was bizarre, the path of the bullet allegedly deflected upwards and almost 90 degrees to the left before being stopped inside of Charlie’s neck. This would suggest that it was both deflected *and* it got lodged. The deflection changes the trajectory path of the bullet, and something else actually stops it. The problem here is that there isn’t enough tissue and bone in the area where Charlie was shot to impact the bullet this way. Even if you take the official narrative, how did it encounter enough tissue and bone to get deflected that significantly *and* lodged?

The actual angle of the wound on camera would suggest that it is coming from a completely different spot. If it’s being fired at him from the front, it would have to be lower than him (looking up) and off to his left side. Or, it was an impact from behind him at an attack angle.

Other things that have caught my attention:

* The wire behind him – why did the wire fly up behind him? How did that even happen if the bullet didn’t leave his neck?

* Charlie’s shirt at the moment of impact – Charlie’s shirt looks like it got shot with a powerful burst of air that went underneath his shirt. If this was from the bullet, the deflection story goes to complete shit because that’s an indication of a high velocity round with significant force.

* Charlie’s skull at the moment of impact – Charlie’s skull significantly expands at the moment of impact, which isn’t expected to happen if the entry is the middle of the soft part of his neck.

I liked Charlie. Im the same age as him and I share a lot of similar values and views on politics. I wouldn’t be investigating this much if I didn’t care.

That being said, this one stinks like shit, boys.

Dig him up

Everyone…stop arguing. Find a quality version of the shooting from the cellphone down front of the stage. Watch the video in slow motion and pause it as need be. You will clearly see incontrovertibly there is blood spatter behind his right ear as the bullet enters there and comes out his left front neck. Not going to argue. Watch the slo-mo video. It is clear as day the blood spray highlighted clearly by the white background.

And edit to add. I downloaded the very first video I found just an hour or two after the murder. Just so anyone that suggests this video is edited. It’s not. I have the original from that very day on my phone and the blood spatter is there to his right rear above his right ear.

It’s his earpiece, how many times will this same vid be reposted here, this is NOT the vid that deserves this kind of traction

He was shot in the neck from about 10 to 15 feet away. It looks to me from watching the original video it was the guy in the white shirt standing next to the girl. Look up what a frangible round or bullet is. 
He was not hit with a 30.06
