Ich (Region Odenwald/Bergstraße) habe jetzt zweimal den gleichen Typ von sehr seltsamen Spam -Anrufe erhalten. Es sind immer 5 Anrufe, alles direkt nach dem anderen, keiner von ihnen läute länger als 5 Sekunden und wechselt immer zwischen einer Zahl aus Österreich und einer anonymen Zahl. Ich habe sie nie abgeholt und immer versucht, sofort aufzulegen, aber ich weiß einfach nicht, was zum Teufel diese Anrufe sind. Das erste Mal, als es passierte, war vor ungefähr 2 Monaten, und gerade jetzt passierte es wieder. Hat noch jemand etwas Ähnliches erlebt? Und gibt es etwas, das ich tun sollte, außer die Zahlen zu blockieren?

It’s phone spam. If you pick up, you’ll get a recorded message telling you about your Amazon package and to push a button to be connected to a representative.
Then they’ll try to trick you out of your money.
Just ignore them.
Oh yeah I had the Austria one yesterday. It’s a very good automated female voice saying (in German) ‘Hello, hello, can you hear me.. I can’t hear you, can you WhatsApp me’ and then hangs up.
It’s an AI scam to try to convince you it’s your daughter/wife/cousin etc and when you WhatsApp them I assume they say they have lost their phone and need you to send them an Amazon gift card
Block any number you don’t know. Its that simple.
I get those kinda calls all the time, not everyday but like once a month they decide to spam for a couple days and then give up again.. I block and report the numbers and don’t pick up. Sometimes I picked up and nobody answered the call or a bot voice started talking so … just hope for them to give up.
Block other country codes and let +49 unknown ones go to voicemail first.
All the time. I used two apps to filter them out. True caller and Mr Number. ( I use just the free version and manually block all countries other than Germany and Austria. )
I get calls like that 2 or 3 times per week. Just don’t answer them, it’s a scam.

I had the same but an automated message that Paypal was trying to reach me. 5 minutes later the Austria one tried to call too
I get all kinds of spam calls. Just block them.
I had a German number and a French number yesterday send me a message on WhatsApp, and immediately after video call me.
I never pick up and immediately block (/report to whatsapp, in this case)
I get ~ 15 calls a day since Friday (weekend excluded) all from Austrian and Belgian numbers, a new number every time. So I’ll have some fun blocking each and every one of them until they run out of numbers.
