      Very significant development because this is the first time a GOP House Rep has directly implied an FBI cover-up for Trump with regards to Epstein files and involvement of Trump’s friends.

      Quotes from the article:

      “I told Director Kash Patel that the FBI has names of 20 men to whom Jeffrey Epstein trafficked women and girls,” Massie wrote on X. “This basic fact seemed to surprise him. Why?”

      “Is the FBI withholding those names to protect the President’s rich and powerful friends?” Massie continued, before demanding that the administration “release the Epstein files.”

      “I believe that Trump is trying to protect rich and powerful people who are his friends, and that is why this material is not getting released,” Massie told CNN last week.

      The GOP used to claim to be the party of family values, the rule of law, and upholding the constitution.

      It’s really incredible how far they’ve fallen. The mask has been completely dropped and they are now openly fascist. They are actively protecting pedophiles and covering up evidence of their crimes, something they’ve been accusing trans and gay people of for decades.

      It was them all along. Every accusation is a confession.

      Trump, his AG, and his FBI director are protecting Trump and his friends by covering up Epstein’s crimes in the exact same way he’s protecting Trump’s border czar who took $50k in cash from FBI agents in a bribery sting.

      Covering up the crime makes it a conspiracy with more people permitting the crimes to go on longer.

      I mean Trump has made it very clear he only gives a fuck about himself.

      So I’m beginning to wonder if protecting these “innocent people” was his way of ensuring they don’t talk about how involved he really was with his “best friend” Jeff Epstein.

      Does this guy also vote with the rest of the GOP in preventing the Epstein files from being released? If he does, fuck him, too.

      Individual GOP congresspeople making comments like these are meaningless when they as a bloc vote against releasing the files over and over again.
