Ich habe eine selbsthaltige Art von Immobilienmarkt -Marktsimulator gemacht. Der Code befindet sich auf GitHub. Ich habe viel Zeit damit verbracht, es richtig zu machen, aber es ist extrem begrenzt. Ich hoffe, jemand nutzt es etwas davon.

This looks really cool! This is so overwhelmingly an empirical/observational sub that I’m not sure I’ve ever seen modelling data presented here before. Definitely going to poke around with this one.
